These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing all bets offered and accepted by BEULABET. They apply to all transactions between you and BEULABET, and any additional terms or promises not included in these Terms and Conditions are not binding.

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws. BEULABET reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to stay updated on any changes..

BEULABET will not be considered to have waived any of its rights or given up its ability to enforce these Terms and Conditions if it fails to exercise those rights or delays in doing so. Any failure or delay in enforcing these Terms and Conditions does not mean that BEULABET has waived its rights or that it will not enforce these Terms and Conditions in the future. If BEULABET does not enforce all or part of these Terms and Conditions or grants any leniency to you, this should not be interpreted as a waiver of rights or prejudice against BEULABET.

Customers are responsible for understanding the General Terms and Conditions of betting as outlined in the relevant legislation and BEULABET's specific policies regarding Horse Racing and Sports Betting. Copies of these documents can be obtained from any BEULABET branch.

All bets must be accompanied by cash payment OR mobile money payments; credits or checks are not accepted.

1.1.1 Right of Admission
We Reserve the Right of Admission to BEULABET betting premises. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place any bets bet, or are they allowed inside the betting premises.

1.1.2 No persons shall be allowed to sell, supply or consume any alcoholic liquor in the betting premises.

BEULABET will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by customers or their belongings while on the premises

1.2 Pay-outs for Winning Bets
Winning bets will be paid out within a maximum of 5 days..

1.3  Minimum Age to Place a Bet with BEULABET
According to the Betting Control Act, it is illegal for individuals under the age of 18 to place bets, and any such transactions are considered void. As a result, BEULABET requires its users to be at least 18 years old in order to place bets or open an account.

1.4  Account Closure
BEULABET aims to maintain a cordial business relationship with its customers. However, if a customer fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions or The Betting Control Act, BEULABET reserves the right to refuse bets, suspend accounts, or close them altogether. In such instances, any funds remaining in the customer's account will be refunded.

1.5  Fraudulent Activity
If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity related to any bet or account, BEULABET has the right to temporarily suspend the account and transactions until it is determined that the transactions are lawful. BEULABET will also report any fraudulent activities to the appropriate authority. Those involved in fraud will be prosecuted, and any bets placed fraudulently with BEULABET will be considered invalid.

Bets are only accepted and winnings can only be paid into a Zimbabwean bank account under the customer's name or in cash at the head office.

1.6  Governing Law/Jurisdiction/Foreign Exchange Regulations
BEULABET follows the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe and operates exclusively within the country. All bets and pay-outs are conducted using Zimbabwean Bond Notes and RTGS.

Please note that betting with BEULABET may not be legal in certain countries. BEULABET does not endorse or support the use of its platforms for betting purposes in countries where such activities are prohibited. BEULABET platforms are not intended as an offer or invitation to engage in any illegal activities. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. BEULABET accepts no liability under any laws outside of Zimbabwe..

1.7  Confidentiality and Security
BEULABET ensures that your bets and winnings are kept confidential and will not share any information about your transactions with a third party, unless required by law.

When you create an account with BEULABET, please remember to keep your username, account number, and password secure and confidential. Any transactions made with the correct username and password will be considered as placed and accepted by you, and will be associated with your account. If you change your address or contact details, please inform BEULABET.

BEULABET and its directors, employees, agents, and shareholders are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur due to the use of BEULABET betting platforms or its content. This includes interruptions in transmission or operation, data loss or corruption, communication failures, misuse of the site or its content by individuals, or any errors or omissions in content.

1.8  Use of Betting Platforms and Betting Platforms Material
By accessing and using the BEULABET Platforms, you acknowledge that you can only do so for lawful purposes. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules related to your use of these betting platforms. It is strictly prohibited to use these platforms in a manner that is threatening, violent, abusive, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, indecent, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by BEULABET. Additionally, you must not violate any laws or court orders, gather personal information of others, infringe upon anyone's rights, impersonate others, upload unauthorized materials, engage in commercial activities, gain unauthorized access to the platforms, alter or damage posted content, introduce harmful files or programs, or violate any other terms or guidelines posted by BEULABET.

1.9  Third Party Links
The responsibility for the content of linked third party platforms or the service offered on them lies with the respective platform, and BEULABET will not be held accountable for it. BEULABET does not provide any assurance about the content or accuracy of materials on these platforms and will not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of accessing or using the information provided on them.
