TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing all bets offered and accepted by BEULABET. They apply to all transactions between you and BEULABET, and any additional terms or promises not included in these Terms and Conditions are not binding. 

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws. BEULABET reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to stay updated on any changes..

BEULABET will not be considered to have waived any of its rights or given up its ability to enforce these Terms and Conditions if it fails to exercise those rights or delays in doing so. Any failure or delay in enforcing these Terms and Conditions does not mean that BEULABET has waived its rights or that it will not enforce these Terms and Conditions in the future. If BEULABET does not enforce all or part of these Terms and Conditions or grants any leniency to you, this should not be interpreted as a waiver of rights or prejudice against BEULABET.

Customers are responsible for understanding the General Terms and Conditions of betting as outlined in the relevant legislation and BEULABET's specific policies regarding Horse Racing and Sports Betting. Copies of these documents can be obtained from any BEULABET branch.

All bets must be accompanied by cash payment OR mobile money payments; credits or checks are not accepted.

1.1.1 Right of Admission

We Reserve the Right of Admission to BEULABET betting premises. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place any bets bet, or are they allowed inside the betting premises.

1.1.2 No persons shall be allowed to sell, supply or consume any alcoholic liquor in the betting premises.

BEULABET will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by customers or their belongings while on the premises

1.2 Pay-outs for Winning Bets

Winning bets will be paid out within a maximum of 5 days..

1.3  Minimum Age to Place a Bet with BEULABET

According to the Betting Control Act, it is illegal for individuals under the age of 18 to place bets, and any such transactions are considered void. As a result, BEULABET requires its users to be at least 18 years old in order to place bets or open an account.

1.4  Account Closure

BEULABET aims to maintain a cordial business relationship with its customers. However, if a customer fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions or The Betting Control Act, BEULABET reserves the right to refuse bets, suspend accounts, or close them altogether. In such instances, any funds remaining in the customer's account will be refunded.

1.5  Fraudulent Activity

If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity related to any bet or account, BEULABET has the right to temporarily suspend the account and transactions until it is determined that the transactions are lawful. BEULABET will also report any fraudulent activities to the appropriate authority. Those involved in fraud will be prosecuted, and any bets placed fraudulently with BEULABET will be considered invalid.

Bets are only accepted and winnings can only be paid into a Zimbabwean bank account under the customer's name or in cash at the head office.

1.6  Governing Law/Jurisdiction/Foreign Exchange Regulations

BEULABET follows the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe and operates exclusively within the country. All bets and pay-outs are conducted using Zimbabwean Bond Notes and RTGS.

Please note that betting with BEULABET may not be legal in certain countries. BEULABET does not endorse or support the use of its platforms for betting purposes in countries where such activities are prohibited. BEULABET platforms are not intended as an offer or invitation to engage in any illegal activities. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. BEULABET accepts no liability under any laws outside of Zimbabwe..

1.7  Confidentiality and Security

BEULABET ensures that your bets and winnings are kept confidential and will not share any information about your transactions with a third party, unless required by law.

When you create an account with BEULABET, please remember to keep your username, account number, and password secure and confidential. Any transactions made with the correct username and password will be considered as placed and accepted by you, and will be associated with your account. If you change your address or contact details, please inform BEULABET.

BEULABET and its directors, employees, agents, and shareholders are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur due to the use of BEULABET betting platforms or its content. This includes interruptions in transmission or operation, data loss or corruption, communication failures, misuse of the site or its content by individuals, or any errors or omissions in content.

1.8  Use of Betting Platforms and Betting Platforms Material

By accessing and using the BEULABET Platforms, you acknowledge that you can only do so for lawful purposes. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules related to your use of these betting platforms. It is strictly prohibited to use these platforms in a manner that is threatening, violent, abusive, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, indecent, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by BEULABET. Additionally, you must not violate any laws or court orders, gather personal information of others, infringe upon anyone's rights, impersonate others, upload unauthorized materials, engage in commercial activities, gain unauthorized access to the platforms, alter or damage posted content, introduce harmful files or programs, or violate any other terms or guidelines posted by BEULABET.

1.9  Third Party Links

The responsibility for the content of linked third party platforms or the service offered on them lies with the respective platform, and BEULABET will not be held accountable for it. BEULABET does not provide any assurance about the content or accuracy of materials on these platforms and will not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of accessing or using the information provided on them.

2.1  Correction of Errors

BEULABET has the authority to fix any errors in the offered odds at any given time. They can substitute the corrected odds as determined by BEULABET, even if the bet has already been placed. In this case, you will be considered to have accepted the corrected odds and the bet will be deemed as placed at those odds.

BEULABET also reserves the right to correct any incorrect results that have been processed and paid out. If an account has been mistakenly credited with winnings or if customers have been paid incorrect winnings in cash, the incorrect amounts will be adjusted or deducted from their BEULABET accounts. By using the platform, account holders authorize BEULABET to make these adjustments and waive any claims against them for any amounts incorrectly credited or paid.

It is important for customers to carefully review their tickets before an event starts. Once an event has begun, cancellations or changes cannot be made, and refunds will not be issued. Once an event has started, it cannot be altered or reversed according to the regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of their ticket immediately after it has been processed.

Lastly, no bets can be accepted for an event once it has officially started. Any bets placed after the official start will be considered

3.3.1 For a bet to be accepted by BEULABET, it must be a valid bet. A valid bet is

1. one which has been offered by BEULABET;
2. in respect of which BEULABET has issued a transaction code or ticket;
3. taken by a person of 18 years or older;
4. not fraudulent;
5. is not a credit bet;
6. has been placed with BEULABET using any one of the prescribed methods used by BEULABET from time to time to offer bets to punters;
7. is not a void bet as may be determined elsewhere in the T&C’s.

BEULABET shall not be obliged to accept a bet or pay out in respect of a bet that is not a valid bet.

BEULABET will settle bets based on the odds/price shown at the time the bet is accepted. There may be deductions applied to certain bets.

Payments for betting accounts will only be made to the account holder and not to any third parties under any circumstances. The customer's right to receive payments cannot be transferred or negotiated.

If funds are mistakenly deposited into your account, you must promptly inform BEULABET. Any winnings received as a result of the mistake, whether related to the error or not, will be considered invalid and must be repaid to BEULABET. By authorizing BEULABET, you agree to allow them to deduct the incorrectly paid winnings from your account.

All winning bets may be subject to betting tax in accordance with laws of Zimbabwe in which event it will be deducted from your winnings and the balance paid to you.

“Betting In-Running” or “Live In-Running betting” are all bets that take place while an event is in progress, that is, betting that occurs after the official start but before the official end of the event.  The odds in respect thereof shall be continuously updated during the event to reflect the current status of the game.  In-running betting is only available on certain sports.

For all bets placed in-running, the rules before the start will apply except where otherwise offered by a difference in selections, prices or markets offered.

BEULABET reserves the right to suspend (and re-open) in-running betting during the event concerned. No such bets will be accepted when the betting is suspended.

There will be three available outcomes, home win, away win and the draw.

If in a multiple bet, any selection becomes void, the entire bet in itself does not become void. The balance of the bet stands and the odds will be recalculated. Even if one bet of a multiple bet remains, the bet will stand as a single bet.

All soccer bets will be settled on the score at full time (90mins), including normal injury time, but extra time and penalty shoot outs do not count. Where a bet is struck ‘to lift the cup’ or ‘to progress’ there shall be no betting on the draw as extra time or penalties may be required to decide the outcome.

Winnings must be collected within 60 days of conclusion of the winning bet.

No bet may be accepted in respect of a horse race once that race has officially started.  All bets placed on a race after the actual start will be void.

Any multiple bet that includes a sporting event will be limited to thirty events 

If a scheduled match does not kick-off and a team is declared a winner by a walkover, by the governing association, then such decision shall not be considered a result for betting purposes and all bets on the match shall be void.

All bets will be accepted until kick off time.  Any bet placed after kick off time shall be void.  That part of a multiple bet on a soccer event placed after kick off time shall be void but all remaining selections which do not include the match in that multiple bet will stand.

Bets placed on postponed matches will stand provided the match is played within 24 hours of the original scheduled kick off time and the venue remain the same, failing which those bets shall be void.

All bets will be declared void should a match be abandoned before 90 minutes.

Bets placed on postponed matches will stand if the match is played within 24 hours and the venue remains the same.

Bets placed on postponed matches which are not played within 24 hours or at the same venue will be declared void.

Where abandoned or postponed games form part of a multiple bet, then only that leg of the bet becomes void. The balance of the bet stands and the odds are recalculated.

All single bets on void matches will be refunded.

1. The daily Super 12 (pool) is offered on the BeulaBet online site and shop. He is governed by the regulations of Beulabet and applies the rules and general conditions of the company. Customers are asked to predict the outcome of all 12 matches, selecting 1x2 (home win, draw, away win), before the start of the first scheduled match of each competition (15 minutes before the end of the competition). To win a share of the jackpot, participants must correctly predict the final outcome of all matches.

2. To enter the competitions, participants must choose a result (home win, draw or away win) for each of the 12 matches presented on the Beulabet Super 12 Jackpot Competition page. Matches can be played either on midweek. The fixed stake for a SUPER 12  ticket is 1 $USD. It is possible to enter more than 1 prediction per match. This will increase the cost of entry by 1 $USD for each additional line (maximum of 1000 lines).

3. By correctly selecting the 12 match results, participants win the BeulaBet Daily  Super 12 Jackpot of 5 000 $USD  which is shared between the winners.
By correctly selecting 11 match results, participants win the 1st consolation prize of 300 $USD shared between the winners.
By correctly selecting 10 match results, participants win the 2nd consolation prize of 200 $USD shared between the winners.
By correctly selecting 09  match results, participants win the 3rd consolation prize of 100 $USD shared between the winners.

4. Jackpot coupons contain fixed bet and prize amounts. Bet amounts may vary from coupon to coupon.

5. By purchasing a Daily SUPER 12  ticket, you agree that your first name and photo may be used for promotional purposes by the company. You agree to cooperate in executing any additional authorizations or releases deemed reasonably necessary by Company to use your name and photograph for promotional purposes.

6. Matches will be settled on the official result after 90 minutes of play, including “stoppage time”. Overtime and penalty shootouts should not be included.

7. This competition is open to people aged 18 or over, proof of age and identity may be required.

8. Players will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry into this competition.

9. Once submitted, entries cannot be canceled, modified or refunded. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the bets they place have been correctly fulfilled.

10. Jackpot winners also cannot claim the 1st, 2nd and 3rd consolation prizes. Likewise, consolation prize winners are not entitled to the 2nd consolation prize. The same goes for winners of the 2nd consolation prize who are not entitled to the 3rd consolation prize.

11. If more games than reserved games (2 in the super 12) are canceled or abandoned for more than 48 hours from the original time... the company will refund all jackpot tickets on the draw.

12. In the event of an error resulting in the acceptance of an entry containing a wagering error, or inaccurate or unpaid entry, the company reserves the right to make the necessary manual adjustments to the pool before calculating the prize shares.
